AOP
Beaumes-de-venise
The Beaumes-de-Venise AOC, renowned for its structured red wines and delicate Muscats, benefits from an exceptional terroir. The limestone soils and the privileged exposure of the hillsides give rise to wines of remarkable elegance.
FÉLIBRIGE
50 % Grenache, 50 % Syrah.
It pairs beautifully with delicate meats (veal, lamb, duck), mushrooms, or dark chocolate.
Tradition
A wine made mainly from Grenache with a touch of Syrah, with notes of red fruit, spices, and pepper. Enjoy with grilled meats or a cheese platter.
St Christophe
30 % Syrah, 70 % Grenache.
Freshness and particular length on the palate. Ideal with meat in sauce, game, or grilled meats.
Muscat beaumes-de-venise
100% Muscat Petits Grains. With a long finish, elegant and light, this subtle wine is the perfect accompaniment to savory appetizers, preferably with Roquefort cheese, or sweet snacks such as a delicious golden butter brioche.
AOP ventoux
The Ventoux AOC, nestled at the foot of Mont Ventoux, enjoys a unique climate where the altitude tempers the Mediterranean heat. This exceptional terroir produces fresh, elegant wines with intense aromas.
LES ESCLAUSELS
A blend of Grenache and Cinsault that produces a fruity wine, best served chilled. Perfect with a charcuterie/cheese platter, international cuisine, or grilled poultry.
BLANC DE SAINT CHRISTOPHE
A wine that is both mineral and highly aromatic with citrus notes. The blend of Viognier, Grenache Blanc, and Clairette makes this a unique and unusual wine. Enjoy with grilled cuttlefish or prawns, grilled fish, or simply a cheese platter.
